BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES FOR CHILDREN!
WHAT'S INCLUDED
A duration of 1h30 in the gymnasium
The choice to rent the birthday party room for 30 minutes or 1 hour
(gifts, cake, snack, etc.)

At Wimgym,
our children's birthday party packages are reserved for
children aged 5 and over
WHEN?
At Wimgym,
our children's parties take place on Sundays only!
YOUR CHOICES:
12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (10 children or less)
1:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
OUR PACKAGES
10 children and less: $265
11 to 15 children: $295
16 to 20 children: $325
21 to 25 children: $355
We also offer to rent our birthday party room:
30 minutes: 30 $
1 hour: 50 $
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend that children wear sports clothes in which they will feel comfortable moving. Please avoid anything that could injure children or coaches, such as big jewelry, zippers, etc.
We also recommend that you bring water bottles, as we unfortunately do not have a water fountain.
HOW IT WORKS
You must arrive a maximum of 15 minutes in advance
Most of the time, the children participate in the warm-up all together
After the warm-up, the children will be divided into groups of about 5 people and will have the chance to participate in various rotations such as floor, bars, beam, trampoline, etc. Depending on the age, we also offer to play various games
HOW IT WORKS
THE RESERVATION
To reserve the date and time slot of your party, you must either call us at 514-630-0111 or send us an email at info@wimgym.ca
In order to secure your place for your party, you must pay a deposit of $100. This amount will be manually added to your account when you contact us to book
The Wednesday prior to the party, we will contact you to reconfirm the exact number of participants
The balance of payment must be made the day of the party. The payment amount will be based on the number of participants given to us on the Wednesday before the party
